Assuming you're up to use a larval tear and respec, I'd say go 70 Dex, 40 Str, 18-20 Mind, 25-30 Endurance, and 50-60 Vigor. You can save some levels by going 15 Faith and using the Faith Crystal Tear to buff it by +10 for boss fights for Golden Vow. I like doing that lately with my builds.
